This group is for anyone struggling with Food Addiction. I want to start a group where we can partner up and hold each other accountable through phone calling and email. We would meet one time a month for weigh-ins and discussions about what did and did not work. My hope would be to create a meal plan as a group as a way to keeping track with the group.
