7 Meetup Groups match “Recovery from Addiction” near Seattle, WA
This is a group about socializing with others without the use of alcohol. We have get-togethers like pot-luck barbecues, movie nights, game nights, an evening of pool or bowling, walks or hikes, a day at the lake, etc., where no one involved is interested in including alcohol as part of the fun, and the activity doesn't end by migrating to the bar. This group is for all ages, and whether you've just quit drinking; drink on occasion, but want to participate in 100% non drinking gatherings, or ha …

I am not a therapist or mental health professional but I am opening my home to Anyone who is suffering from PTSD. Hopefully we can get enough people together (5-10) on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. …

A place where we can drop the act and tell a friend who "gets it" the truth about what's going on and know we will find encouragement and help. …
Auricular (ear) acupuncture is used around the world to help people deal with and recover from substance abuse. The five points used in each ear have been shown in a variety of clinical settings to be beneficial in the process of detoxification from substance abuse as well as to help with the emotional, physical and psychological attributes involved in alcohol, drug, food and tobacco addictions. By having ear acupuncture in a group format, listening to relaxing music and receiving a neck and sho …
Lately I've been hearing a lot of talk about the lack of affordable and positive services and support for people struggling with eating disorders in Victoria. So let's help each other.
